About the Role:
Coordinates the process of customers leaving TPx. This includes the deprovision of services, verifying current contract status, and gathering information regarding the customer s account. Works with customer s needs and coordinates disconnect dates, includes CSR requests and Early Termination Fees.
- Supports Customer Care with any billing questions in regards to disconnect requests.
- Supports Collections in regards to disconnecting accounts for non-payment
- Coordination with Field Services to schedule pick-up of any equipment at the customer premise
About you:
- Provide performance monitoring on new services.
- Interface with other internal departments on problem resolution and providing technical advice relative to IP, MPLS, and SD-WAN Services.
- Collaborate with Management team to develop service strategies that are aligned to organizational goals and objectives. Establish procedures/processes that assist in monitoring and communicating status of projects, tasks, or activities to meet defined objectives.
- Plan, document and manage IP, MPLS, and SD-WAN Services installation projects, including large migrations within the MPLS and SD-WAN Services product line.
- Support, and maintain configurations and processes for each IP service.
- Create and implement configuration scripts as needed and load into Mpact application.
- Provide Visio (or other industry standard drawing tool) support to the Service Delivery, Sales, and Repair & Reliability Operations teams.
- Interface with Marketing on new and/or enhanced IP, MPLS, and Cloud products and services to provide technical expertise.
- Evaluate, in conjunction with IP Core Engineering, new feature applications or changes to existing.
- Provide IP technical support for test and turn-up.
- Provide turn-up support to vendors on Internet, MPLS, and SD-WAN Services activation appointments.
- Communicate order progress with Coordinators, Field Operations and Management.
- Identify network, process, system and/or order inconsistencies and issues and take necessary corrective action while ensuring open communication with Sales, Customers, Management, Vendors, Repair, Engineering and Field Operations as appropriate.
- Review and suggest changes to Circuit Design against facilities database to ensure Customer stability during install.
- Adhere to Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) regulations to protect all Customers privacy rights.
- Know and adhere to all TPx product and process guides.
- Interface with other internal departments on problem resolution related to delivery of Customer services.
