Overview:
The Sr. Executive HR (Compensation & Benefits) plays a crucial role in the Human Resource department focusing on the strategic design implementation communication and administration of various compensation and benefits programs. This role holds significant importance in ensuring the organizations competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent while maintaining costeffectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement compensation and benefits policies ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with regulations.
- Analyze compensation data to determine competitive compensation levels and conduct benchmarking studies.
- Administer employee benefits programs including health wellness and retirement plans overseeing vendor relations and plan renewals.
- Develop communication strategies to educate employees on compensation and benefits programs including total rewards statements.
- Conduct salary surveys and market research to assess the organizations competitive position and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Manage the annual performance review process merit increase and bonus programs collaborating with leadership and managers.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll reviewing and approving changes and conducting regular audits.
- Provide expertise in job evaluation analyzing job descriptions and determining appropriate salary ranges.
- Coordinate with external consultants on executive compensation matters and equity programs.
- Participate in the development and administration of employee recognition programs and incentive plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles compensation structures and benefits regulations.
- Expertise in data analysis and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Certification in Compensation or Benefits (e.g. CCP CBP) is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Understanding of payroll processes and practices including tax implications and compliance requirements.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
