Job description
• Excellent understanding of master data management principles • Demonstrated track record of working across organizational boundaries spanning the (master) data management, analytics organizations and tech • At least 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical R&D environment, including Master Data Management experience • Demonstrated track record in outstanding customer orientation • Demonstrated effective interpersonal communications • Displays a strong sense of ownership of objectives and team deliverables • Enterprise thinker with natural curiosity and the ability to explore new ideas and interrogate data • Comfortable with ambiguity, the ability to generate and develop solutions independently • Ability to coach, advice, challenge and mentor peers • Continuously looking for opportunities to learn, build skills and share learning both internally and externally • Proficiency in master data management tools and software (Informatica and/or Reltio MDM) => Ability to resolve problems with thoughtful use of knowledge, information and networks in a flexible way and to be successful in a matrix environment encouraging an enterprise thinking mind set • Establish network of communication and continuously build collaboration to facilitate smooth partnerships and interfaces between all groups involving in resource management, Financial, & Project Management related matters. Ensure alignment and partnership within GSK as appropriate • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, to develop credibility with colleagues within and outside GSK • Possesses excellent English language written and verbal communication skills in addition to proven negotiation skills • Must have sufficient experience to work effectively in a matrixed environment with representatives of various leadership experience and organizational levels • Exceptional expertise in the areas of data governance in a pharma R&D organization • Proven background/education in data related topics
