Roles & Responsibilities

As a Technical Product/Senior Product Manager, you will spearhead the strategic vision and execution of our B2B SaaS platform. Leveraging your 8 to 12 years of experience, you will be pivotal in driving the evolution of our product offerings, employing your expertise in transitioning from software roles and steering platform product management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Product Leadership: Lead the ideation, development, and execution of the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market demands. Drive innovation and differentiation in B2B SaaS offerings.
• Data-Driven Product Development: Harness your experience in building data-driven products, utilizing insights and analytics to steer product decisions, leveraging applied ML/AI solutions where applicable.
• Communication and Impact: Effectively communicate the impact of product strategies, emphasizing metrics-driven approaches over tactical minutiae. Showcase the correlation between product initiatives and their influence on technical and business outcomes.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a deep understanding of product development, seamlessly navigating through data flows, processes, and technical intricacies. Engage with engineering teams to articulate intricate product requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
• Contract-to-Hire Transition: Navigate the role as a Contract-to-Hire position, showcasing your value and potential for a long-term commitment within the organization.

This Role Requires:

• B2B SaaS
• Transitioned from software roles (Preferred)
• Platform product management experience will help as well.
• Experience building data-driven products required.
• Experience with Applied ML/AI solutions desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Passion for data and building insights to drive critical technical and business decisions is a must for the success of this role
• Should talk metrics and Impact of work instead of tactical items and working with engg.
• Communicate deep knowledge of product development and deep dive into more data flow, process etc.
