Job description
Finacle is a popular Banking product developed by Infosys and is currently being used by top Private and Public Sector Banks in India and abroad with a strong global presence with Banks in more than 50+ countries using the product.
We are looking for smart and self-motivated talents with expertise in Finacle/Banking along with the knowledge of RDBMS concepts, Unix, Oracle, Java etc. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES A day in the life of an Infoscion • As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction. • You will understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain. • You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews. • You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes. • You would be a key contributor to building efficient programs/ systems and if you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey, this is the place for you! TECHNICAL SKILLS Mandatory Technical skills : • Java • Oracle • RDBMS concept • Angular JS, Polymer JS, Node JS • Redis & Postgre SQL Also, • Knowledge of more than one technology • Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals • Should be able to simulate the functional/technical issues and raise the issues with the product team for fixing those • Knowledge of software containerization platforms like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, OpenShift. Experience in deploying and debugging Cloud applications. • Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects • Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes • Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements • Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills • Good understanding of the technology and domain • Prior work experience in Finacle and understanding of the Banking Domain is additional advantage. • Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills. WORK EXPERIENCE Overall experience of 5 to 9 effective and relevant years of work experience. Good consulting/developing skills and knowledge of financial industries processes & best practices. Experience in working on multi-country/multi – regional implementation projects. Have excellent consulting, communication, stakeholder management skills and strong thought leadership in the emerging technology space, preferably in digital channels across Banking & Financial Services verticals. Experience working with multinational clients, working across organizational levels and processes and exposure to global best practices and trends desired. LOCATION OF POSTING Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Trivandrum, Hyderabad, Chandigarh (location of posting is subject to business requirements).
