Agilysis is in need of a Workday Senior Analyst Consultant who will assist with the design, development, implementation and support of their client's Workday system to meet business capabilities and needs of stakeholders and organization.
Will need WD HR support - They have Workday PATT- Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking skills and demonstrated experience. Will need this individual to help with troubleshooting some reporting and help with configurations.. a well rounded individual. This is a client facing role. Experience must include: Translating business and technical requirements into projects that achieves desired business objectives, including identifying solutions for Workday PATT processes. Providing high quality, timely support to the US People and Culture. Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance processes to design, develop, implement, optimize, and support Workday PATT configuration to meet business processes, capabilities, and needs. Provide high quality, timely support to end users including hypercare for major projects and Workday releases. Provide support to other People Systems colleagues.-Assist with implementing Workday best practices and ensure Workday is integrated with other enterprise business systems to maximize the value of the solution Understand the HR technology landscape, especially HR related systems and their interactions with other systems (e.g., Finance, Time and Attendance, Learning Management) Collaborate with HR staff and organizational leadership to determine the short- and long-term system objectives Assess current systems and utilization; identify and recommend improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the people systems. Stay up-to-date on the latest Workday features and functionality Participate in the Workday community by sharing knowledge and expertise QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred) Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years of relevant Workday experience Proven experience leading design, configuration, testing, and post-production support for required Workday functional areas Knowledge of HR processes Ability to work well in structured and unstructured environments, work well under pressure and with changing priorities Possession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills Possession of excellent oral and written communication skillsJob tags
