Job description

'• Direct sales handling multiple end users for LDPE/ HDPE/ LLDPE Repro and Virgin granules.
• Rigid and flexible plastics
• End to end responsibility for the territory for sales and purchase of various types of plastic scrape purchase- films, PET, etc.
• Finalize monthly, quarterly and annual sales and purchase targets and draw up a schedule. Plan for resources and other support to achieve it
• Lead the domestic cluster teams to develop supplier base
• Develop strategies to acquire new partners/suppliers for various types of plastic scrape
• Conduct travel to new locations to acquire new suppliers and monitor existing performance of existing ones
• Coordinate with the sales/production team to align supply and demand and purchase rates
• Ensure material shifting as per planned schedule
• Ensure on time PO generation and payments to the suppliers
• Determine and assign purchase quotas, targets, and/or goals to partners and suppliers
• Project and forecast annual and quarterly purchase for respective territory
• Analyse purchase data on purchase trends, results and develop plans to address performance gaps
• provide market intelligence and monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends
• Provide daily pricing intelligence from the market
• Set targets, performance plans, and objective standards for purchase/BD cluster ICs and executives
• Conduct meeting with reps one-on-one on weekly basis to review performance, progress, and targets
• MIS and Weekly review with Top management, explain the last week status and current week activities'
