Job description
Zigsaw is a company operating in the None industry, dedicated to providing language services in Nepali. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Coordinator to join our language services team. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various translation and interpretation projects specifically in the Nepali language. This role requires expertise in Nepali translation using Trados, as well as Nepali to English interpretation (both simultaneous and consecutive). Additionally, you will be responsible for performing quality checks on translation outputs.
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage translation and interpretation projects in Nepali language
- Utilize Trados for efficient and accurate Nepali translation
- Conduct both simultaneous and consecutive interpretation from Nepali to English
- Perform quality checks on translated documents
- Ensure effective stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular reports on translation production and project progress
Candidate Qualifications - Minimum 2 to 4 years of work experience in translation and interpretation, specifically in English to Nepali
- Fluency in Nepali and English languages
- Willingness to work in Mumbai, with a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
