Technical Solutions Consultant

We are looking for a highly capable Technical Support Engineer for Windows Server, Web, Database environments on premise and cloud environments.

Skills Required:
• 2+ Years of experience providing L2/L3 technical support in the following technologies.
• Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows Server and MS SQL Server database environments.
• Experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IIS for hosting web applications and websites.
• Experience in MS SQL Server database installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning.
• SQL Server failover cluster instances, or High availability always on database configuration.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to servers, web services, and databases.
• Root cause analysis skills to identify underlying problems and implement effective solutions.
• Exp. in application support, understanding app architecture, and diagnosing issues related to performance and functionality.
• Expertise in analyzing app logs and debug issues to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Exp. in managing and prioritizing incidents, coordinating with relevant teams, and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate tasks and streamline processes.
• Experienced in working with software systems hosted on public cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices to ensure secure cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with a wide range of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, Route 53, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.
• Exp. with AWS CloudWatch for monitoring resource utilization, setting up alarms, and gathering performance metrics.
• Understanding of AWS Lambda for building serverless applications and event-driven functions
• Hands-on experience in networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routing, firewall, WAF, and load balancing.
• Experience with AWS Command Line Interface (CLI) for programmatic interaction with AWS services.
• Understanding of key Azure services, Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure SQL DB, Azure Storage, Azure AD etc.
• Knowledge of Azure Virtual Network, subnets, network security groups (NSGs), and Azure Load Balancer.

• Ability to maintain high levels of customer information security and compliance.
• Chat, email, and voice support experience. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in using CRM tools like Zoho.

Responsibilities:
• Proficient in providing technical support to a diverse, global customer base.
• Troubleshooting Windows desktops, servers, and database servers.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Skilled in prioritizing and escalating customer issues based on their severity.
• Consistent in providing timely updates on tasks to align with severity levels.
• Demonstrates both teamwork and autonomy in a work setting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and escalate issues as necessary.
• Assist customers in deploying, configuring, and maintaining applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Preparing documentation/knowledge base articles
• Takes a proactive approach to work independently and without close supervision.
• Willingness to work on rotational 24/7 shifts. Work will be 8 hours/day on 5 days (40 hours) a week
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed.

Software / Technical Support Engineers & Trainees

We are looking for Support (technical) engineers for the implementation and support of our software products.

Responsibilities:
Provide implementation and technical support for our software products to international customers.
• Provide production support for web-based applications developed in .net or java.
• Provide technical support for Windows web servers, Database servers, and Cloud environments like AWS.
• Resolve, document, and track technical issues to ensure timely resolution to customer problems.

You will be working collaboratively with a highly talented team of technical support engineers in India and in the US to deliver software support services to customers around the globe.

Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* 0 to 3 yrs experience in software and technical support.
* Good Customer service skills.
* Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of software implementation.
* Good Knowledge of Networking, FTP, HTTP, DNS, Active directory, etc.
* Good knowledge of Windows (server and desktop), Linux, and Mac Operating Systems and their administration.
* Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server or other databases.
* Willingness to work on rotational 24/7 shifts. Work will be 8 hours/day on 5 days (40 hours) a week.
* Knowledge of Cloud services such as AWS, Azure, GCP. Certification would be a plus.

Note:- Freshers with excellent communication skills and those who completed internships courses in MCSE/Networking/Cloud systems can apply for the trainee post.
