Job description

Key Responsibili,es:
1) Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights and support strategic decision-
making.

• Oversee and manage financial opera,ons, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with
regulatory standards.
2) Payroll Management:
• Handle payroll processing and related compliance ac,vi,es, ensuring ,mely and accurate
disbursement of salaries.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll laws and regula,ons.
3) Accoun,ng:
• Supervise the accoun,ng team in day-to-day ac,vi,es.
• Ensure ,mely and accurate prepara,on of financial statements and reports.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain record of monthly billings, invoicing etc. and reconcilia,on of same with the CA.
• Taking care of vendor purchase, PO & PR etc.
4) Budge,ng:
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-func,onal teams to gather financial data and
provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Analyze budget variances and recommend correc,ve ac,ons.
• Monitor and analyze budget variances, providing recommenda,ons for improvement.

5) Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regula,ons.
• Work with auditors and other external par,es during financial audits.
6) Cash Flow Management:
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organiza,on's financial stability.
• Implement strategies to op,mize cash resources.
7) Process Improvement:
• Iden,fy opportuni,es for process improvement in payroll and accoun,ng func,ons.
• Implement efficient and effec,ve financial processes.
• Maintain and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company
assets.
8) Vendor Management
Overseeing all the vendor contracts & agreements (specially the payment terms) and maintaining
record of the same.
Qualifica,ons:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accoun,ng, or a related field. Master's degree or professional
cer,fica,on (e.g., MBA (Finance), CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in financial management, with 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and strong understanding of related compliance
requirements, tax laws and accoun,ng principles.
• Proficiency in using Zoho People for HR and payroll management or any similar Payroll
soeware/tool.
• Excellent analy,cal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effec,vely manage and mo,vate a team.
