Job description
The Assistant Manager (EMandi Business Operations) will be responsible for implementing the company's sales plan for Punjab & Haryana.
Responsibilities Evaluate partnerships and establish local or regional Buyers/Traders, progressive farmers, and institutional buyers and impanel them in the emandi module • Facilitate & carry out bulk transactions between the above-empaneled entities • Ability to timely meet the sales targets across the territory and handle logistics • Expand the territories by selling the commodities among various buyers & traders • Build a strong and reliable supply chain network that connects farmers to the exporters and mega processors • Identify the fulfill the gaps in the f&v supply chain including Potato, Tomato, Onion, Bell Peppers, Cucumbers, Kinnow, Guava etc Qualifications Bsc or MBA with minimum of 2-5 years of prior work experience in Agri Outputs and/or Supply Chain Management focused on harvest or procurement, including in a perishable industryJob tags
