Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai with Amadora Gourmet Ice Cream Pvt. Ltd as Shift Managers and Team Members. The day-to-day tasks associated with the role include overseeing and managing the shift operations to ensure that all customers are provided with a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Team members will also be responsible for making sure that the store is clean, well-stocked, and prepared for incoming customers throughout the day. Qualifications Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Shift Managers will require demonstrated leadership ability and management experience.
