Job Location : Surat
Customer Care Executive Responsibilities - Offer a best customer support or customer care.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Ensure the best process adherence related to customer service
- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for team.
Key Skill Required; - A bachelors degree with BE / B.tech must required
- A minimum of 0-1 years experience in Customer Support role
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Good communication skill in English & Hindi is must Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
