Job description
Role: Project Manager - Offshore Location: Chennai- on Work from Office mode only. Preferably Chennai-based resource only. Experience: ·
10+ years of a strong background in Project managing SAP Implementation, Integration, rollout, Development, Application Support, and Maintenance projects. · Experience of at least 3 End-to-end implementations as Project Manager. · Excellent Leadership, Communication, and collaborative skills with the ability to interact with International Customers. · Responsible for leading and manage the SAP BRIM Project from initiation to completion ensuring adherence and understanding on the Solution scope, schedule, and Delivery Budget. · Ability to prepare project plan, project charter, Resource allocation schedule, project tracking tools. · Good team player to manage offshore project teams including SAP consultants, developers, analysts, System Administrators and testers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. · Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address issues and deviations from the plan. · Prepare and circulate Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to internal leadership and Customer as well. · Promote a collaborative and positive team environment, providing guidance and support to offshore team members as needed. · Continuous communication on project status, updates, and key decisions to onshore stakeholders through regular status reports, meetings, and presentations. · Track record of delivering mid to large scale ERP projects successfully on time and within the budget. Exposure to SEI-CMM, ISO, ISMS · Knowledge and experience on Agile Scrum is essential.Job tags
