Job description
We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Food & Beverage, Gaming (Bowling, Simulation Cricket, Redemption, Arcade, Vending and VR Games) Sales professionals, who pride themselves on their ability to convert customers from corporate hubs.
Purpose: Responsible for total revenue development of the Smaaash unit through sourcing, securing and maximizing all sales opportunities.
Areas of Responsibility:
Prepare forecast reports and update action plans and financial objectives monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly.
Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to Smaaash by corporate clients.
Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients.
Ensure to maintain clear and detailed statements of all clients including information on results of each sales call.
Achieve monthly targets set by the company by generating events business for Smaaash from the below segments:
Corporate
Company Tournaments
PR / Media Events
Social Clubs - Rotary, Lions, Rotaract, etc.
Associations - Doctors, CA's, etc.
Birthdays
Kitty Parties
Family / Social Get-together
Groups of 15+ via Travel Agents / Local Operators
Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
Analyse the activities of competitor entertainment segment, including their customer base, with the aim of developing and securing new business and providing a market advantage.
Work closely with CM, OM, RM and Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the company.
In addition to the above mentioned duties and job functions any other assignment given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate supervisor or the management .
