As the HR shared Service Specialist you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to employees and managers within the organization. This role involves managing HR inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Responsibilities
HR Shared Services Support:
Provide direct support to company employees, managers and other stakeholders as part of a centralized function and handle a variety of HR-related transactions.
Respond to HR queries received via case management tool
Appropriately routes requests from employees to others for additional information.
HRIS
Processes HR system transactions originating primarily in Successfactors and HR ticketing system including employee changes, new hires, and terminations
Help maintain HR sites on the intranet.
Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
Generate report on Shared Service transactions & identify SLAs.
Process Efficiency:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in HR service delivery.
Collaborate with the IT/ HRIS team to troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues.
Work closely with HR team members, business partners, and other departments to resolve HR-related issues, identify bottlenecks and report for streamlining the process.
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager from time to time.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
You bring 2+ years’ experience in HR from a technology company.
Knowledge, Ability & Skills:
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentations skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels.
You have good Knowledge of MS Office & Google suite.
You are flexible, a team player and can interface professionally with all levels of employees, applicants and vendors, and aim to provide a good employee experience.
You are capable of handling difficult situations by demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.
You respond to emails in a timely manner but write in a formal and professional way. .
You possess excellent organizational skills and are detail oriented.
You thrive in a fast paced environment and are willing to learn new things.
