Redcliffe Lab is hiring for Centre Manager ( Radiology )
Location - New Delhi (Yusuf Sarai)
Job Responsibilities -
1. CMS updation of pheblo and walk in patients.
2. Maintenance of expendible and non expendible stocks, equipment
3. Discount and refund SOP and closing of discount approval via the competent person.Â
4. TLD badges documentation
5. Branding of pathology and radiology department and contact of person concerned.Â
6. Daily revenue excel updation and submission to the competent authority via email.Â
7. PNDT letter and form submission (physical submission and via email excel submission) on or before 5th of every month.Â
8. Daily sales excel updationÂ
9. Petty cash allotment and verifying bills of allotted petty cash amounts and submission of bills of the same to competent authority.Â
10. Attendance submission of housekeeping staffs and guard for salary allotment.Â
11. Call logging for allotment of engineer for ultrasound machine, allenger and AFGA
12. All bills from vendors, electricity, rent, internet.Â
13. Maintain agreements, MOU, legal documents.
14. Liaison with Govt/ regulatory authorities.
15. Attending to patient queries and resolving complaints.
16. Submitting daily work / revenue detailsÂ
