Oversee product operations, ensuring optimal user satisfaction.

Coordinate with subject matter experts to enhance the quality of the learning experience.

Resolve any operational issues efficiently to maintain a seamless process.

Engage in effective communication with colleges to establish and strengthen relationships.

Organize Yocket seminars to promote the brand and educational offerings.

Conduct follow-ups to maximize participant engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements


2+ years project management experience/ 3+ years of sales experience

Study abroad industry knowledge will be preferred

Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.

Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Solid organisational skills including attention to detail, problem solving, critical thinking, risk management and multitasking skills.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Experience with project management software tools.

Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
