Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Automatic Coffee Machine Technician located in New Delhi. The Senior Automatic Coffee Machine Technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining automatic coffee machines, responding to customer complaints, and ensuring that all machines are functioning properly. The Senior Automatic Coffee Machine Technician will also train and mentor junior technicians. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in repairing and maintaining automatic coffee machines Expertise in coffee brewing principles, including water temperature, brewing time, and pressure Excellent knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and proficiency in using diagnostic tools Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure Demonstrated experience in providing outstanding customer service, and ability to communicate technical problems to non-technical audiences Ability to train and mentor junior technicians, and willingness to travel as needed Certification in Automatic Coffee Machine Repair is a plus If you are passionate about coffee and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
