Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Strong analytical, strategical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a positive, collaborative work ethic. Enjoys collaborating with design, product, etc.
• Passionate about cloud native technologies.
• Does not believe in reinventing the wheel, instead leveraging the best components that are readily available.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are

• Execute programs and automated scripts for testing purposes
• Develop automation scripts to align with acceptance criteria

Functional test new products and regression test existing products during each QA release cycle

.Assist with the testing, documenting, defect tracking and information flow during each QA cycle

.Assist with development of new automation tools and maintaining existing automation tools

.Gain proficient knowledge of system functionality

.Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement to help streamline the development life cycle

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and discuss about the defects with details with the development team

Qualification and Experience:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software domain
• At least 2 years of Java programming experience
• At least 2 years of experience creating and maintaining test tooling
• At least 2 years of experience with QA or performance engineering
• At least 2 years of experience testing cloud native software
• B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• AWS Certified Developer - Associate
• Exposure to CI/CD tooling, especially CircleCI
• Experience with microservice architectures
• Hands on experience querying data

Technical Skills: Experience in one or more of the following:

• Testing cloud native solutions
• Knowledge in -
  • TestOps theory and best practices
  • Testing in high velocity delivery systems
  • Synthetic transaction testing
  • Test Driven Development
  • Cloud native software testing
• High level familiarity in -
  • Application Monitoring
  • Continuous Software Delivery
  • Full Stack Serverless Web Application Delivery
  • AWS Management, Security, Scalability, Reliability, Cost Optimization
