Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Bankians located in Noida. The Telecaller will be responsible for making calls to potential customers in order to sell , Overdraft and Personal Loan products. The Telecaller will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, resolving customer grievances, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Good knowledge of banking products and services
- Experience in telemarketing or customer service
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- 10+2, Graduation in any stream
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
Having experience in the banking industry or a related field is a plus. A degree in Business Administration or Marketing is also beneficial.
