Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients. The role will be located in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized
  • Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Relevant qualifications for this role include experience in a technical support or customer service role, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills are also key, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
