- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships to understand preferences.

- Address client inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.

3. Market Research and Analysis :

- Stay abreast of local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.

- Analyze market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.

- Provide clients with insights on market trends and potential investment opportunities.

4. Networking :

- Establish and nurture a robust network of real estate professionals, including agents and brokers.

- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base.

5. Sales Targets :

- Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.

- Monitor and report on sales performance and results regularly.
