Responsibilities and Duties The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service specialist would be:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls

• Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Key Skills Required

• Proven Technical support experience or experience as a client service representative

• Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle pressure

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
