Job description Binmile Technologies (BMT) is currently looking for a Frontend Lead with 7 years of experience. Roles and Responsibilities: Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Frontend Lead with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in developing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both React and React Native frameworks. As a Frontend Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of frontend developers, driving the technical direction of projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: • Lead a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective front-end architecture and design patterns. • Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure the development of scalable and maintainable applications. Hands-on Development: • Participate actively in coding and development tasks, contributing to the overall success of the projects. • Utilize expertise in React and React Native to build responsive and high-performance web and mobile applications. Quality Assurance: • Implement and enforce coding standards and quality control processes. • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. Team Collaboration: • Foster a collaborative and innovative development environment. • Work closely with other team leads, product managers, and stakeholders to align development efforts with business goals. Qualifications: • Minimum of 7 years of experience in frontend development. • Strong proficiency in React and React Native frameworks. • Proven experience leading and managing development teams. • Solid understanding of web and mobile application architectures. • Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and asynchronous programming. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. • Strong communication and leadership skills.
