Job description

We are currently seeking an Outside Sales and Marketing Associate . The associate's main responsibilities will include establishing connections with key customers, understanding their needs, and showcasing the company's services and achievements.

Multiple Locations: Delhi, Jaipur, Rajkot, Indore, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Cochin, Chandigarh

Key responsibilities:

1. Travel (100%), prospect, and network throughout a defined sales territory to develop new business opportunities
2. Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with employers (clients) daily
3. Prepare a sales pitch to sell the company's services and brand to clients within your given territory
4. Educate clients on how our services can benefit them financially and professionally to support their needs
5. Build trust and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
6. Work with office team to identify any issues and implement correction actions in order to maintain a high level of client satisfaction
7. Maintain record of all leads/prospective clients and/or client accounts to report monthly
8. To be a successful fit

You're a top performing salesperson in your current role and can prove you always hit your targets

1. 2-3 years of successful sales work experience in the Immigration industry/tours & travels industry/resorts and hotels' industry
2. Fluency in local language is preferable
3. Excellent time management and organizational skills
4. Proven analytical and problem solving skills
5. Ability to work independently and in a team setting

6. Strong competitive awareness with the ability to change strategies according to client needs
7. Hold a valid Driver's License
