Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager for the API plant. The Factory Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day production and operations of the plant, ensuring the highest level of quality control and production management. Manufacturing operations, production planning, and operations management will be key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in production planning and quality control
- Strong production management skills
- Operations management experience
- Experience in manufacturing operations
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in the color or chemical manufacturing industry is a plus
