We are looking for passionate Tableau Developers with 6-8 years of experience in Tableau ecosystem, who can assist in the process of maintaining all the relevant sources of data and ensuring that it is being stored properly. He/she is involved in developing the Tableau dashboard and BI processes.
Responsibilities: - Partner with product/business owners on development of new or enhancement of existing data visualization solutions
- Provide technical thought leadership to produce best in class visualization solutions for business needs
- Advise on design, feature choices with in Tableau, process design
- Calibrate
- Lead scoping effort and provide inputs in preparing effort and time estimates for projects
- Prepare wireframes, story lining and come up with best in class visualization options for a given project
- Work with various stakeholders to document processes, methodologies and intellectual capital to ensure continuity in event of a change in product owners
- Work to enhance efficiency, increased standardization and atomization
- Assist the leadership with setting standards for end products
- Should propagate Business Intelligence practices to enhance the delivery model and optimize Tableau's functionality
- Assist with developing, on boarding, and training new team members
- Support adhoc requests and delegate based on team members bandwidth
Skills and Qualification: - 7 plus years of experience in Business Intelligence and Tableau dashboarding
- Solid understanding of data management space( database structures/design, systems design) hands on experience in SQL
- Experience in visual analytics space, hands on experience in Tableau
- Products development experience is a big plus specially with focus on Business Intelligence benchmarking efforts
- Bring in design thinking to conceptualize original ideas and transform them in user friendly dashboards
- Good organizational, planning and project management skills- exhibiting attention to detail, accountability and follow through
- Should have lead a medium to large sized team and independently handled complex projects
