Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy.
• Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions.
• Providing pre and post-sales support (e.g. claim settlement).
• Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
• Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms.
• Recruiting and Building a high performing distribution network to Financial Consultants (FCs)
• Training motivating and driving these certified financial consultants (agents) to sell insurance
• Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions
Desired Candidate Profile:
Knowledge of life insurance business and distribution channels is preferred. Candidates should have:

• Assertiveness
• Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Effective verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
• Experience in relationship management /account management / sales management is preferred.
• Graduate
• Age: 22 to 37 years
• Experience: 0 to 2 years
• Annual CTC: UPTO 3.50 LPA
