Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer Automation to join our team at Toolify Private Limited. As a QA Engineer Automation, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in software testing and automation, with a focus on QA engineering
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test case development, and defect tracking
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks
- Execute automated test scripts to identify defects, track issues, and ensure software quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and define test scenarios
- Conduct thorough regression testing to identify software defects and ensure bug-free releases
- Analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and suggest enhancements to the development team
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and debug issues reported by clients or identified during testing
