Job description
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for Dynamics 365 CRM projects, considering both functional and non-functional testing requirements.
Define testing strategies to ensure thorough coverage of CRM functionalities
Lead the creation of detailed and well-structured test cases based on functional and technical specifications for Dynamics 365 CRM.
Ensure that test cases align with business requirements and user scenarios.
Implement and lead automation testing efforts for Dynamics 365 CRM, selecting appropriate tools and frameworks.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline
Plan and execute performance and load testing for Dynamics 365 CRM to ensure optimal system performance.
Identify and address bottlenecks and performance issues
Establish and maintain a robust regression testing process to validate ongoing changes and updates to the Dynamics 365 CRM system.
Ensure backward compatibility and prevent the introduction of defects.
Lead the identification, documentation, and tracking of defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.
Proven experience as a Testing Lead with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, specifically Dynamics 365 CRM.
Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies
