Job Description: Client Servicing Executive
Position Overview: We are seeking a Client Servicing Executive to provide excellent customer service, manage client accounts, and support new business pitches. This role requires building strong client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities - Client Management:
- Act as the main point of contact, fostering strong client relationships.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely service delivery.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- New Pitch Works:
- Assist in developing and executing new business pitches.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing for compelling presentations.
- Follow up with potential clients and negotiate contract terms.
- Account Administration:
- Maintain accurate client records and communication history.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance.
- Monitor client data for trends and opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Client Satisfaction and Retention:
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Implement client feedback to enhance service quality.
- Develop strategies to maximize client retention.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experience.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Proven experience(atleast 1 year) in client servicing or account management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
