Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Assist in building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
- Application Screening:
- Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Coordinate Recruitment Processes:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Assist in managing the logistics of recruitment events and job fairs.
- Client Interaction:
- Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements.
- Communicate with clients to gather job specifications and feedback.
- Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency's database.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of candidate and client information.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Need to have your own laptop and Wifi connection.
