Job description

Job Title: HR Generalist Location-Hyderabad (Onsite) Shift- US Shift

Company: K3-Innovations (CRO) We are seeking an experienced HR/Office Manager to maintain and support the administrative and HR needs of our organization. Our ideal candidate is professional, organized, and contributes to our positive team culture. This role works closely with the Executive vice president to ensure smooth administration and HR functions.

Role and Responsibility: ● Recruitment and New Employee Onboarding ● Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) ● Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides ● Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance ● Manage calendar scheduling and maintenance, travel and expense reporting, preparing meeting presentations, etc. ● Review and submit invoices to accounts payable for regulation ● Administrative and compliance duties such as managing employee files and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and complete employee records, organizational charts, applicant flow records, announcements etc. ● Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence ● Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company

Qualifications ● MBA in Human Resource · Experience with Office management and HR functions Knowledge of the Ceipal Workforce is must. Communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and strong computer literacy

Experience: ● HR Generalist: 3+ years ● Administrative: 3+ years
