Position: Blockchain developerExperience Required: 4+ years Location: RemoteBudget: 10 - 22 LPAAbout the Role:As a Blockchain Developer (Smart contract developer) , you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge blockchain solutions that are secure, efficient, and scalable. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the integration of blockchain technologies into our products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of blockchain solutions, with a focus on smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps).Architect and develop smart contracts for various blockchain platforms, prioritizing security, scalability, and efficiency.Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.Conduct thorough testing and auditing of smart contracts to identify and mitigate security risks, optimizing for performance and gas efficiency.Stay updated on the latest developments in blockchain technology, smart contract standards, and cryptographic protocols, integrating innovative features into our projects.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in blockchain development.Lead the exploration and implementation of blockchain solutions to enhance privacy, scalability, and interoperability.Document development processes, architecture decisions, and smart contract functionalities, ensuring clarity and compliance with industry standards.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain technologies and smart contract development.Proficiency in Solidity and experience with other smart contract languages such as Vyper or Chaincode.Strong understanding of Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and other blockchain platforms, with hands-on experience deploying DApps and smart contracts.Familiarity with smart contract development tools and blockchain testing frameworks.In-depth knowledge of cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and blockchain security practices.Experience with front-end development frameworks and integrating web3 technologies is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of mentoring team members and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.Skills : Smart contract development and blockchain , Solidity , Ethereum , Smart Chain, Cross-chain, EVM chainsNotice Period: Immediate joiner to max 15 daysAlternatively, feel free to refer this opportunity to someone in your network who is seeking a job change and shares our passion for blockchain technology.
