Job description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in smartphone or wearable device certification or testing areas.
- Experience in troubleshooting testing issues.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with product design engineers, quality engineers, and Lab test engineers.
- Experience in test management.
- Knowledge of operator certification requirements (e.g., T-Mobile, Verizon).
- Knowledge of the problem solving and tracking of test equipment (e.g., Keysight) used in carrier testing.

Responsibilities
- Manage communication of progress with stakeholders and leadership, own relationships between cross-functional teams.
- Work with the certification team members to support the testing activities in the labs, tracking of test equipment issues.
- Manage cross-functional projects, including both software and hardware areas and across geographically dispersed teams.
- Plan and schedule project deliverables, prioritize testing tasks, and manage cross-functional support.
