Job description
Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain product consistency and reliability.
Identify and address any deviations or non-conformities in the production process or the final product.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement necessary corrective actions.
Document and maintain comprehensive records of quality tests, inspections, and any corrective actions taken.
Perform quality analysis and testing using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure product performance and durability.
Develop and maintain quality control documentation such as inspection reports, quality manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Train and educate production staff on quality control processes and standards.
Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system and propose improvements.
Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve product quality and efficiency.
Knowledge of HPLC Machine and other quality control machinery
