The Opportunity Seize the opportunity to lead and innovate as a Software Technical Product Owner within our Enterprise Productivity Segment. In this pivotal role, you'll steer the integration and automation of workflows and processes by leveraging key systems like Active Directory, MS Teams, Salesforce, ADP, and NetSuite into PowerBI, crafting impactful data-driven solutions. You'll manage a team of engineers focused on data integration and Power BI, collaborating closely with diverse internal stakeholders from Operations to HR to Engineering. Responsibilities · Lead an agile operation and team to: Implements data integrations from systems like Salesforce, ADP, Replicon, SQL Server, Azure AD, Adaptive Planning, and NetSuite into data models. Conceive, develop, deploy and maintain corporate wide interactive PowerBI dashboards, catering to different stakeholder requirements. Design and implement data mapping strategies for accurate data integration. Design the automation of data workflows to improve efficiency and reliability in data reporting. · Maintain deployed data integrations and solutions through proactive maintenance and support · Manage a user ticketing system for maintenance and issue resolution · Balance maintenance needs with the development of new features, focusing on system reliability and user satisfaction. · Manage team backlog in Azure DevOps Qualifications · 7 - 9 years’ experience working as a business analyst, product manager, product owner or has experience implementing reports & analytics · At least 4 years’ experience working as an agile product owner or agile QA/test lead · Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to help others and take action · Requires strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms · Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team · Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines Preferred Qualifications · Working experience with SQL · Working experience implementing on PowerBI or like platform · Domain experience in the petroleum Industry ERP, Logistics & Pricing solutionsJob tags
