Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Market Analyst to join the Founder's Office, contributing to external stakeholders engagements and market intelligence gathering. The role will work closely with CEO and Founder's office to help the office manage and administrate relationships that CEO has and document market insights on the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

External Stakeholder Meetings:

Working with the CEO to setup engagement with highly placed influencers, partners, Customers and prospects.

Create Appointments with Customers, Prospects, Industry influencers

Followup from the CEO's desk with industry connect and maintain a calendar with them

Conduct regular meetings with external partners, clients, and industry experts in coordination with the CEO and Founder's office.

Represent the company professionally and establish strong relationships with key external contacts of the CEO.

LinkedIn Networking:

Manage social media account to generate visibility (Content and guidelines will be provided but will involve smart social media management)

Leverage LinkedIn to connect with industry professionals, potential clients, and thought leaders, with a focus on the Founder's network.

Actively participate in relevant LinkedIn groups and discussions to enhance the company's online presence.

Help the founder improve his Social Media presence.

Social Media Management:

Manage and curate content for the company's social media handles, collaborating closely with the Founder's vision and strategy.

Monitor industry trends and engage with the online community to elevate our market presence.

Market Analysis:

Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data. Preparing detailed reports on consumer behavior, competitors' activities, outcomes, and sales.

Analyzing and reviewing through Customer data (CRM and Custome Engagement) to find trends, patterns and suggest improvements to accelerate growth

Working with the sales marketing team to inform and develop customer strategies.

Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

Collaborate closely with the Founder and internal teams, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.

At Least 2 years of experience in business development or a related role. Should have ideally worked at Founder's office or have been in an Investment Banking or Consulting role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using LinkedIn for networking and business development.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their business applications.
