Job description
This is a remote position.
Providing support to the Owner Association Team with regards to all aspects of buildings financials Including managing the budget Invoicing Mollak update receipts reconciling payments VAT filing deposits and bank accounts management.
- Manage and monitor group accounting activities including general ledger accounts payables accounts receivables fixed assets periodend / yearend closing processes.
- Monitor and track receivables accounting activities including customers accounts invoices billing and transaction entries
- Monitor the cash debt and liquidity position of group
- Supervise the performing of petty cash and bank reconciliation
- Support in processing financial forecasting budgeting and consolidation and internal reporting
- Monitor and maintain cash flow health.
- Pay debts/dues as per the agreed agreements/ contracts and on time.
- Maintain accurate transaction records.
- Conduct yearly audits for each building once the building year is over.
- Accurate and timely submission of management reports
- Accurate Financial Statements.
- Gather the information necessary for the proper management of cash in banks and recording of bank transactions is adequately provided
Requirements
Education :Bachelors Degree in Accounting or similar.
Experience :45 years experience as a Project Accountant or similar. in regards to the below:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus.
