Job Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join our RHP Healthcare Pharma Division team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our company through new business development and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The employment type for this role is full-time.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in new business development and achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the of 3rd party business in Pharma industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture potential Clients who wants to have third party manufacturing from RHP healthcare Pharma division
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Negotiation and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Research and analyze market trends, competition, and clients needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote company products and services
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate best practices into business development strategies
