Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Wild Flower Digital. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful execution of our digital marketing campaigns. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in project management tools such as
Notion or Asana.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their objectives and challenges.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop customized digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.

Utilize project management tools such as Notion or Asana to plan, track, and coordinate project tasks and deliverables.

Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to provide clients with regular updates and actionable insights.

Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and solutions to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.

Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

2+ years of experience in account management or digital marketing roles.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Notion or Asana.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and channels.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering results.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
