Product Manager - Platform Job Location: Mumbai Experience:5-7 years
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with a background in security compliance to lead our efforts in achieving and maintaining security certifications for our healthcare SaaS platform. The role also includes creating uniform experiences across all products on the platform. This critical role involves setting up comprehensive security compliance processes and collaborating closely with the Engineering team to ensure our product meets the stringent standards required in the US healthcare market and create a uniform experience across all our products. Responsibilities · Define and lead the strategy for maintaining compliance within our SaaS product environment. · Define product roadmaps and requirements and drive them to completion · Create processes for all teams to follow and ensure adherence across all teams · Collaborate with Engineering and other cross-functional teams to identify, document, and implement required security controls and processes. · Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of security compliance, providing guidance to product and engineering teams. · Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress of compliance initiatives. · Ensure all compliance documentation is up to date and readily available for audit purposes. · Work with external auditors to complete regular security assessments and address any findings promptly. · Educate and train internal teams on compliance requirements and best practices. Requirements · Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. · 5+ years of experience in a product management role within the technology sector. · Strong understanding of HITRUST, SOC2 or similar frameworks, with previous experience leading compliance projects, is a strong plus · Knowledge of security best practices and industry standards. · Experience working with technical teams to translate compliance requirements into actionable engineering tasks. · Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills. · Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. · Certifications in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are desirable.
