Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Sambalpur. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily activities at job sites, ensuring quality work is being performed, scheduling and coordinating with workers, and communicating with customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to supervise and lead a team of workers
• Experience in the construction industry
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• Valid driver's license

CTC - INR 1,80,000 - 4,00,000/-
