Job description
Position Summary:
This position is expected to be engaged during busniess process & task mining solutions design and defining detailed execution plan. Doing data anaylisis & transforming using inbuilt framework/BPPI/Bigdata tools. The primary focus will be on doing business data analytics and extracting insights to further present in dashboards. These insights will help to show business value outcome and suggesst improvements in process flow.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ingesting huge volumes data from various platforms for Analytics needs.
- Building and Implementing ETL process developed using BI/BPPI tools such as PowerBI, SQL, Hive, RDBMS etc.
- Monitoring performance and advising any necessary infrastructure changes.
- Works with IT and business customers to present data insight and show business values.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Leads and motivates project team members that are not direct reports, as well as providing work direction to lower-level staff members.
- Skills to understand the right functional domain knowledge of the business to be able to gather right requirements for the design.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 8 to 13 years of data analytics & development of visualization dashboard experience
- Proficient understanding of distributed computing principles
- Experience in building a data ingestion & analysis pipeline to build Data Warehouse/DataLake
- Basic knowledge of data analysis & visualization
- Technologies - Python, PowerBI, SQL, RDBMS, Hive, ETL (SQL, Hive, NoSQL, Informatica) etc.
