We are looking for a Facility Coordinator to drive administrative and facility excellence for our corporate employees." In this role, you will report to Head of department and will be responsible for suppoting day to day admin and facility activities.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Providing comprehensive support services to expatriates, including Leasing, FRRO
- Knowledge of ticketing, visa management, foreign currency, insurance documentation, and essential task assistance
- Overseeing administrative tasks such as managing pantry supplies, liaising with government offices, handling day to day expenses, and coordinating property leasing and relocation activities
- Monitoring of checklists, supervise facility projects, coordinate with vendors, and manage the scrapping of discarded titles and revenue records submission to finance
- Managing procurement of office supplies, consumables, and assets. Handle local and online purchases for day-to-day office needs
- Coordinating with vendors for timely bill submissions and invoice processing. Knowledge of SAP or related management applications.
- Extensively supporting in expense tracking vide MIS on costs & services
- Coordinating local transport requests and arrange airport and office transfers for foreign delegates on business trips.

- Ensure timely release of vendor payables and maintain invoice tracking

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality business or relevant fields with 5-8 years of relevant experience preferably in a corporate
- A high level of attention to detail to ensure that all facility arrangements are accurate, complete, and compliant with companies’ policies and regulations.
- Ability to adapt and evolve in a fast paced, IT Enabled working environment, including tools and online platforms.
- A customer-centric mindset for providing exceptional service and addressing the needs of employees and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving attitude with excellent communication skills
