Position: CyberArk Lead /Sr Analyst
Following will be CyberArk Lead responsibilities:
Any new server Account Addition /Deletion for existing types of integrations.
Adding users in the group and opening of firewall port request.
Management of all PAM solution components, and the HA environment.
Run technical operations and support for CyberArk
Co-ordinate with other teams like Network, Wintel, SIEM, etc. for troubleshooting any issues in existing integrations and features provided by the respective tools / services
Troubleshooting of operational issues like:
a. Authentication Failure (LDAP user s/application Internal users like appuser and gwuser)
b. End point target server connectivity issue
c. Password change/verification failure on
i. Scheduled task
ii. OS (Windows/Unix/Database) level Login accounts
d. PAM Daily scheduled backup failure
e. DC to DR data replication failure
f. PAM Email notification related configuration
g. Session Management related
h. Non-Session Management Transparent connection related
i. Password change/verification failure on servers
j. OS level Login accounts
To perform drills related to:
a. DC-DR
b. DR-DC Fall-back
c. Vault Restoration
Business continuity with DR environment
Manage existing policies, platforms and integrations in PAM solution
Creating new policies
CyberArk Daily scheduled backup failure
DC to DR data replication failure
Other required skills:
Reporting & Platform Maintenance:
Response to performance alerts and warnings
Log monitoring and analysis per instance
Coordination with other resolver groups per instance

Resolve Problems or liaise with CyberArk or Infrastructure teams for resolution
(1.) To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product. (2.) To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools (3.) To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection (4.) To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team. (5.) To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes. (6.) To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary. (7.) To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progressorchallenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client
