Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Travel Consultant. We are seeking two enthusiastic and experienced sales agents to join our growing team. As a Full-Time Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving sales and will be responsible for itinerary planning, trip customization, providing recommendations, and closing deals.
Â
Responsibilities:
- Present customized travel packages tailored to each client's requirements
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that sales targets are met
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage client interactions and sales pipeline
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Upload packages on company websites and the OTA Platform

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the travel industry, in selling packages
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience using HubSpot / other CRM
- Proficient in English and Hindi, with additional language skills a plus

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling packages for Madhya Pradesh or Rajasthan
- Knowledge of the travel industry in India
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- A passion for travel and a desire to help others plan their dream vacations

Compensation:
Our competitive compensation package offers attractive rewards for top performers, with three key components:
- Base Salary: We offer a competitive base salary in the range of 1.2 to 1.5 lakh per annum, providing a strong foundation for your earnings.
- Quarterly Commission: Earn additional income based on your performance exceeding sales targets. The commission structure is designed to recognize and reward your achievements.
- Performance Bonuses:Â Participate in exciting regular sales competitions and win bonus prizes for exceeding goals and demonstrating exceptional sales skills.

Work Schedule:
- Two options to choose from - Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Friday(6 days working)
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break
