Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR information.
Assist with HR paperwork, including onboarding and benefits enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and inquiries.
Provide basic HR system support and troubleshoot issues.
Escalate complex HR issues to the appropriate HR personnel.
Assist with HR projects and tasks as assigned.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
