We are seeking a dynamic, professional Client Engagement Manager to help drive growth in Communications Segment in India within a select group of clients, as assigned
As a Client Engagement Manager (CEM), you will be responsible for identifying and building new business
You will be expected to Work collaboratively in a 'team based' environment to reframe the client s thinking and build consensus for Microchip s solutions, co-creating value by delivering clients the freedom to innovate
Requirements/Qualifications:
Utilize the Microchip Sales Processes to drive design wins to revenue at select target customers.
Provide technical and business insight at every level of the customer engagement.
Work closely with Engineers and the executives of the assigned clients and lead them on the most innovative solutions in Megatrends like 5G, IoT, Datacenter.
The CEM owns and drives the company relationship with the assigned customer base.
The CEM must effectively work within a team environment, to successfully develop and implement sales strategies
Communicate effectively with Microchip Product divisions
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and aspire to provide the customer with the highest level of support
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of their customer s products, market, competitive landscape, and internal organization
